Petersens was able to get Chrysler to honor their manufacturer's warranty & rebuilt the engine after numerous attempts to get a huge oil usage issue resolved at Larry Miller. 2007 Jeep Wrangler had b manufacturer's warranty & rebuilt the engine after numerous attempts to get a huge oil usage issue resolved at Larry Miller. 2007 Jeep Wrangler had been using over 2 qts of oil w/in 800 miles. The only complaint I have is that Petersen's service staff aren't that friendly. Although the service staff at Larry Miller was much more responsive (as I had been into there on numerous occasions), they ended up costing me to get a new master cylinder in a 2007 Jeep Wrangler because they did not bleed the brakes correctly when they were working on a brake issue for the Jeep & replacing the pads. Brake fluid got into the brake box & into the master cylinder & had to be replaced. Chrysler @ that time wouldn't warranty the work & neither would Larry Miller; eventhough, the Larry Miller service center indicated that the issue was not bleeding the brakes properly. I'm willing to take quality of work over friendly customer service anytime! More

Trevor was extremely helpful in getting my car in and repaired in a very timely manner. Even though it was around noon when I called in on a Saturday, he was able to get me in and the repairs completed b repaired in a very timely manner. Went in to purchase a vehicle to get out of a lease. Dealer was great at first, except when it came to knowledge of the vehicle. Told us that the vehicle had features that I wanted which it did not. Also, once the vehicle got home we discovered it had a hole in the rear hatch back. Also was damage to the vehicle exterior panel near window. All of this would have been discovered had I been provided delivery. Fiance came in to purchase a vehicle and was put through xxxx on the features as well. Also on the credit process. Being very familiar with the car business I will not be using Peterson Stampede EVER again. More

We bought our Charger in April, the first one we picked out had a computer problem and we could pick out another or be excused from the contract. We come in at about every 3,000 miles and we are treated like family and you can't beat the price. We also trust the dealership because when it has been serviced they check everything so when we leave the dealership we go with confidence that on our long 500 mile treks through deserted roads, our vehicle can be trusted because it was serviced by knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. My husband is a mechanic so we know how important it is to trust who works on your car. Beautiful car, beautiful performance and Beautiful people...that's Peterson Dodge, Nampa, Idaho! More
I have purchased two new dodge pickups from this dealership in the past five years and will probably do so again in 2013.
