Both Chris' s did a great job on doing everything to finance me for my truck. But, I will never go here again nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. The second day I had the truck I heard some finance me for my truck. But, I will never go here again nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. The second day I had the truck I heard some strange noises coming from the engine. So I took it to a local auto place and found out that the power steering pump was leaking and could go out at anytime. So I called Chris (who was extremely helpful) to let him know about it. He called me back the next day and told me the manager was not going to do anything for me (I baught As Is). I get that I baught it as is but, I wasn't calling about a dent or a scratch, I called about something that could cause problems (especially while driving w/or/without my family in the vehicle. Now I've had it for a few weeks and new problems keep accuring. I feel I should have kept the truck I traded in vs purchasing from this dealership. Not like this review matters anyway. Nothing is going to happen from it nor does anyone from this company care. Lesson learned for me is to never use this dealership again and I will make sure that anyone who comes to me asking where they should go to get a vehicle will hear about my experience there and I will not recommended this dealership. More

Both Chris in sales and Chris in finance were great. They worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Ram 2500 crew cab. They were friendly and very accomodating to my wife and children. I had an accident where I damaged the front wheel and lower control arm and later the hub. I had my insurance company involved and Travis and the service crew were very nice and helped out a lot. After driving my car for about three weeks something still wasn't right and they took the town n country in to check it out, this is where they discovered the hub needed to be replaced. I took my new Dodge Ram in for it's first service and i had some questions about a problem i might be having with my brakes. I told Justin of my concerns and he had the mechanic look into if for me. After the the mechanic couldn't find any issue with my brakes, he & justin test drove my truck to see if they could duplicatre the issue. They saw what i was experiencing and decided to test drive 2 other new trucks to see if it was common in them all. It was and when they returend they infomrmed of me that but still did a complete inspection of my brake system to make sure. Every aspect of my service experience was fantastic as was my purchasing experience! The staff at Peterson's is amazing! More

I took my car in for a routine oil change. They also washed my car and vacuumed the interior.
