Dealership employees put lots of effort into making my and my wife Sveta's first time experience there feel as if we needed to look nowhere else. Both my wife and I left the dealership confident about our purchase from the dealership and pleased we purchased there. They tailored the sales procedure making sure that both of us understood the vehicle and purchase process, by taking extra time to explain when one or both of us had questions. Employees remained motivated from beginning to end making sure we left with the best deal. A week later and we are still convinced we did get just that. Not to mention a great vehicle and peace of mind on the lifetime maintenance of the vehicle. I have to continue to update this review. One thing is the service doesn't end once you drive off the lot with your new purchase. We recently bought a Jeep 2014 Grand Cherokee. I called up my friend Sonny at the dealership and told him I was interested in another Jeep. He knows what I wanted on the Jeep. I did not like the color. We went to the website and we picked out a different color ordered it with everything I wanted on it. His manager Monte found it in SLC. They would have it shipped to me in four days. Sure enough as promised I received my car exactly how I ordered it and it was ready for pick-up on Monday as Promised. We bought our Dodge Charger a year ago. My husband drives over 2000 miles a month so we have come for a service at least every couple of months. We never need an appointment, always greeted with a smile and the work is thorough and quick. Since my husband drives so much we really appreciate the wash job. The performance of our car is above the ratings for gas mileage. Average 33 mpg on the road and about 28.7 around town. We have also met the nicest people in the waiting room. I purchased this vehicle from another Dodge dealer in the area. Due to poor service and their lack of addressing concerns, we decided to try this dealer for needed service. After calling and talking several times to Ryan about tires (brand, pricing, etc), he was able to offer the best price on tires...beating everyone else. I set an appointment to have them placed. On the morning I was to go have them put on, I got up with a sick little one. I called and they were so kind to understand the last minute need for rescheduling. They were able to accomodate me within the few days left before I was to make a trip to Portland! I was there for the tires...but they were also willing to talk with me about other service questions and to talk with me (at my request) about special nitrofill of the tires and a lifetime oil change policy! The lady who did this was very helpful, answered all my questions, and it was obvious that she knew her product/service very well! I was very pleased with the service. The only thing I would recommend is...that the service guys at the counter just inside the door could be a little more friendly. They were nice and polite but there was a lack of smiles. That would be the only suggestion I would have...and this is such a small picky thing. I would definitely return for service here and would highly recommend them to friends and family. The main reason would be due to the pricing and the accommation that they made at my every request/need! Thank you so much for taking care of my car...and my family! Blessings! More

Both Chris' s did a great job on doing everything to finance me for my truck. But, I will never go here again nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. The second day I had the truck I heard some finance me for my truck. But, I will never go here again nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. The second day I had the truck I heard some strange noises coming from the engine. So I took it to a local auto place and found out that the power steering pump was leaking and could go out at anytime. So I called Chris (who was extremely helpful) to let him know about it. He called me back the next day and told me the manager was not going to do anything for me (I baught As Is). I get that I baught it as is but, I wasn't calling about a dent or a scratch, I called about something that could cause problems (especially while driving w/or/without my family in the vehicle. Now I've had it for a few weeks and new problems keep accuring. I feel I should have kept the truck I traded in vs purchasing from this dealership. Not like this review matters anyway. Nothing is going to happen from it nor does anyone from this company care. Lesson learned for me is to never use this dealership again and I will make sure that anyone who comes to me asking where they should go to get a vehicle will hear about my experience there and I will not recommended this dealership. More
