On November 11th, we took my Dodge Challenger and my husband's Jeep in for an oil change. When we arrived there were no cars outside the bays. My Dodge was the first car, then a truck pulled up outsid husband's Jeep in for an oil change. When we arrived there were no cars outside the bays. My Dodge was the first car, then a truck pulled up outside the other bay and then my husbands Jeep pulled in behind my Dodge. After we checked in our vehicles, we went to the show room to look around and wait for the service. After about 45 minutes, I checked to see if our cars had been pulled in. Well the truck was gone and so was the Jeep. But my Dodge was still waiting to get in the shop. I thought that was strange since I was the first one there to begin with. A little after and hour, I checked again to see where the Dodge was. It finally had been pulled into the bay. So we thought the oil change was almost finished. SO we walked over to the Express garage and found out that the truck that came in after I did was finished and pulling out. My husband's Jeep was in the process of getting finished and my Dodge still had not been touched. So I went into the garage wondering why my car was still sitting there and asking why everyone else that came in after I did was done. They explained that they had been very busy. My husband and I have been there before when it has been very busy and that wasn't the case this time. When I explained that I didn't think it was right that cars that came in after I did should be serviced before and didn't they have a way of taking the cars in order? One of the mechanics understood what I was saying and said he would start working on my car ASAP. So after another 45 minutes my car was finally done. So your Express Oil change wasn't very express for me or my husband. It was close to 2 hours before we could leave. I was very disappointed in the manner in which this was handled. Like I said before, my husband have done this in the past with both vehicles when they have been very busy, with cars lined outside the bays and we still got our cars within 30 to 40 minutes, not 2 hours. I think a shop foreman should have been there to keep the cars moving and in the order they had arrived. More

I then contacted Chris. He got everything worked out to my satisfaction and had everything ready when we got there. Because we were traveling 2.5 hours with a 7 and 8 year old this was great. we were at the dealer maybe an hour. AWESOME. My wife was very satisfied and that makes me happy. Customer Service: 5 Chris is top notch. He listened to our needs and delivered. Quality of Work: 5 I am also a salesman and it was great to work with an organized and professional individual such as chris. Friendliness: 5 Everyone at the dealer was very friendly. We will purchase vehicles from Chris and Peterson Stampede in the future. Overall Experience: 5 No pressure. I felt like Petersons wanted me to get a good deal and be satisfied. I trust them. Price: 5 The patriot we looked at had a base of $20,500 and then a 4k discount. This allowed us to roll some negative equity onto the patriot and get us into a rig we liked and reasonable payments. Fantastic work. We found no other dealers with a comparable vehicle for that price. More
All James and his Manager were interested in was the maximum amount of money they could get out of me. They gave every excuse/lie possible to try to convince me at original price and then said they did maximum amount of money they could get out of me. After I decide to leave without buying they dropped the price $1000.00 so I would not go to another dealership. That pissed me off even more and I don't know why I then bought the Jeep. I'll never buy from ANY Peterson company again. More

Savings to me = $72.00 I have been a good customer at Peterson Dodge for years and have enjoyed my Jeep Wrangler in the past and currently am very happy with my Dodge Charger. I will continue to bring my car in for regular service of lube and oil, but will have to take it elsewhere for services beyond that. Jacque Clover More
I took my 2011 Dodge Ram to the Express Center to have it serviced on 11/12/13. Everything seemed to go fine until I found a small puddle of oil under my truck a few days later ( I was out of town for 2 day serviced on 11/12/13. Everything seemed to go fine until I found a small puddle of oil under my truck a few days later ( I was out of town for 2 days). I e-mailed Mr. Logue concerning the problem on Saturday, Nov. 16th. He responded on the 18th telling me to bring my truck in and they would assess the problem. Long story short, Scott Shalz and his crew at the Express Center did an excellent job in correcting the problem and sent a satisfied customer on his way. More

Same for their Finance, Service and Parts Departments, they are great. I cannot say the same for the manager making the sales decisions however; I would not work with the manager again. More

when i picked up my jeep from getting the oil changed last time, it had a flat tire. too low to drive on flat tire, even though i specifically asked for the tires to be checked and for prices on new tire last time, it had a flat tire. too low to drive on flat tire, even though i specifically asked for the tires to be checked and for prices on new tires. this time when i picked it up, nothing was said to me, i paid and left. later on (a few days) i recieved an email telling me that i declined important recommended services at the time of my oil change. no one mentioned that when i picked up the jeep, or called me to ask if i wanted that service completed.
