19 hours agoNEWHad us wait 2 days for van to be prepped, 19 hours agoNEW Had us wait 2 days for van to be prepped, detailed, filter changed etc. We were pre-approved since Tuesday and on Wednesday night tol 19 hours agoNEW Had us wait 2 days for van to be prepped, detailed, filter changed etc. We were pre-approved since Tuesday and on Wednesday night told we would be able to pruchase on Thursday at 11:45 am.. Called on Thursday to confirm and van sold " to someone out of state who placed a deposit" Then told " we should have been at dealership at 8am" .. No deposit option was ever offered, in fact we had planned on buying this even with just seeing "stock photos". Major letdown as even though we could put every name on blast we will say as a team they totally failed. More

I have lost faith in the quick lube facility. I think they randomly make up stuff that needs fixed on your rig to up-sell. I had my brake fluid flushed by a trusted independent shop 3k miles ago. I took my rig in yesterday for an oil change and was told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I checked it when I got home and it was clean as a whistle. I was also told my aftermarket air cleaner element was filthy, but I had just cleaned it 3k miles ago. I could go on, but you get my drift. More
