Peterson was one of the best prices and had almost exactly what I want (the vehicle actually had a few other options on top of what I wanted) so I decided to go with them. I was in a special situation waiting for a lemon law buyback and spent a month trying to decide what I wanted. My salesperson Jessica and sales manager Rob were very patient and always ready to help me get a price on the vehicles I was interested in. When I finally found the one I wanted they were able to give me the online sale price without any extra BS fees or add ons. I submitted a credit application and was contacted by Ryan in finance. We went through all the numbers and they were straight forward and exactly what I ended up paying. We had everything agreed to prior to leaving home with no pressure throughout the process. My wife and I arrived at the dealership around 645 and were greeted by Breaze. He was waiting for us and had my new car ready to be delivered. We went over the vehicle and he let us take it for a test drive while they finished putting the paperwork together. We got back, and Breaze introduced us to our final finance officer Jay. He had all the paperwork ready to go answered the last few questions I had and we signed everything and we were out in 45 minutes. There was no pressure the entire time and they ensured everything was as easy as can be. I have no complaints and they're one of the good dealerships buy with confidence! More
