We got less money for our trade in value than what it was worth. It has been a little over two weeks since we have purchased our vehicle and we have yet to to see any money back from our over payment of our worth. Overall experience was good, but had some stressful/difficult situations come up after the purchase in regards to a breakdown of communication. My wife and I went in to test drive the new Cadillac ATS to evaluate it against a few other cars that we were interested in. Our intentions were to sell our current vehicle on our own then lease a new car to evaluate it against a few other cars that we were interested in. Our intentions were to sell our current vehicle on our own then lease a new car for my wife's business that would get much better gas milage. We were very impressed with the way that Karen treated us and there was no pressure to make a decision right away. One of the sales managers asked if he could make an offer on my vehicle and in the end he offered us almost what I had planned to sell it for so the decision was easy.
