I have never had such a GREAT experience in any auto dealer in my life. I asked my service writer for a contact in the sales dept and was given the name of Karen Martin. I was truly impressed with dealer in my life. I asked my service writer for a contact in the sales dept and was given the name of Karen Martin. I was truly impressed with her approach and service showing me the type of vehicle I was getting information on. She had great patience with me in coming to our completion of purchase of my newer vehicle. Also I would like to give high praise also to John Wright as he helped with Karen in this purchase. Karen will be a friend to us and will come back to her for any help we might need. She is truly great. Dee Burlingame More

I chose Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac for my very first car buying experience and I am so glad that I did! I was extremely nervous, and had no idea what I was doing. I was lucky to be able to work wi first car buying experience and I am so glad that I did! I was extremely nervous, and had no idea what I was doing. I was lucky to be able to work with Chris Sanford. He is absolutely amazing! He was nothing but patient and kind as I asked a million annoying questions. At no point was he ever pushy, and I never felt like he was just after the sale. He genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle. I told him my goal for my monthly payment and he was very honest and up front with me about what i would be able to afford. I really appreciated his honesty, he could have easily talked me into a more expensive vehicle with a higher monthly payment, but he was very aware and respectful of my budget and did an excellent job helping me pick the perfect vehicle! Even after spending about five hours with me he was still very happy and willing to help me. I can not say enough great things about my experience! And the finance guys are amazing too! I walked out with a 10.99% interest rate and when I went back the next day to provide my proof of insurance Terry and the other guys had spent a lot of time, and put a lot of effort into working on my loan. I ended up with a 6.47% interest rate. They saved my about $3000.00 and shaved a year off of my loan. They worked hard to make sure I was happy and I am so grateful! I will definitely refer all of my friends and tell anyone who will listen how great these guys are! More
Brought vehicle in to check alternator and door gasket. Four hours later I received a call telling me that the alternator tested fine, the battery was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. After Four hours later I received a call telling me that the alternator tested fine, the battery was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. After asking about the door gasket, I was told that traffic was too bad to take it for a test drive. I then asked the price for checking the alternator and was given a price of almost eighty dollars! I responded that that price was quite high for just putting a meter on an alternator. John Ash told me that they checked the battery as well and that it took the technician almost a half hour; then reduced the price to thirty eight dollars. I paid the thirty eight dollars and recieved my paperwork. Looking at my paperwork, there was no record of what they did or any mention of any readings they took. I mentioned this to John and he pointed out that he had some of the readings in his paperwork and pointed to a reciept stapled to the front of his paperwork. When I question what readings he was talking about, John angerly ripped the reciept off the paper work and shoved it in my face! Saying THESE READINGS. Unbelievable! I examined the readings and tried to ask questions about the print out. John was trying to explain the data saying that the battery was severely undercharged and that the alternator was charging at 12.9 volts. I argued that that was not right. If the battery was not fully charged, then the alternator should be charging at full capacity. John argued that no, that this is a Cadillac system and that the alternator only charges at the voltage needed per power demand depending on what power consumption was being used. We went back and forth with John stating the same spiel about four times. He then offered for me to talk to a technician to better explain the Cadillac system. John disappeared for a bit then came back to take me to the technician. John had obviouly told the technician that I was a problem judging from the immeddiate attitude he had towards me. The technician connected his meter to the alternator and it was discharging around fifteen volts like it should have. I explained to the technician that that looked good and that John had told me that it was only disscharging 12.9 volts in which John then denied that he had told me that. Needless to say I won't be doing bussiness with any Petterson stores in the future. More

My rating is based on the lack of taking care of your customer. Brake and ABS warning lights on my 2002 Chevy HD2500 were coming on intermittently. I brought my truck to Peterson for service. I was to customer. Brake and ABS warning lights on my 2002 Chevy HD2500 were coming on intermittently. I brought my truck to Peterson for service. I was told the problem could be a simple fix, or an expensive one. Next day I got a call from the service department telling me the truck is done and everything is good. I pay $182.70, thanks to the 20% off coupon I got in the mail. I am so happy to get out of this situation for under $200! I walk to my truck, put the key in, start it, and guess what? BOTH WARNING LIGHTS ARE STILL ON!! I walk back inside to tell the service personnel that it is in fact NOT fixed. A service tech checks the fault code and says it's the same code as when I brought it in, so this means the EBCM needs replaced. I paid $182.70, the cost of the service you provided, just to learn that it is NOT fixed and that I will have to pay about $1000 more to have the problem repaired. I was told the $182.70 could be deducted from the charge to replace the EBCM. That was nice of you, but you should have offered to refund the money I just paid since you didn't do anything besides checking a fault code, cleaned a ground wire, and then told me the matter had been resolved. If I was you I would have been embarrassed to call a customer, tell them their vehicle was fixed, and then have them return immediately to tell you the problem is still the SAME! So yes, you got my $182.70. I declined the offer to spend another $800 with Peterson to repair the problem. I understand the point of your business is to make money but I think you had the chance to do the right thing in this situation: 1. offer to take the amount of money I paid off the bill for the next level of repair. -OR- 2. offer to refund me the money I just paid. Your company has made no effort to reach out to me and make the situation right. I feel like you lied to me and took the easy way out. You have lost a customer. Thanks for your time. Rick N. More
I was in for my first oil change and tire rotation - the total time took abut 1 hour. the waiting room for adequate with nice chairs and a popcorn machine. It would be nice if they provided a juice machine total time took abut 1 hour. the waiting room for adequate with nice chairs and a popcorn machine. It would be nice if they provided a juice machine or bottled water while you wait. Otherwise a very pleasant first visit in their new location. More
