When checking the internet i seen that you had a 2013 Impala and we were interested. So on Saturday we came to check it out and liked it and took and day to decide on the purchase. Salesman, Derek Hensley was very friendly, without seeming pushy, and knowledgeable about the Chevrolet Cruze model in which I inquired about. He encouraged me to take a test drive, even though the exact model I wanted was not available at the time. A car search revealed one may be available to transfer, but I declined initially. Derek followed up by phone. When I decided a month later to custom order the 2014 Cruze in the specifications I desired, the process was as easy as grocery shopping! The car was delivered before the promised date. It was gorgeous and exactly what I ordered with John Wright! Terry Taylor walked me through all of the paperwork with extreme professionalism, answering and explaining any questions or concerns that I had. I would like to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! I had a great experience when I came to Peterson GMC. I was able to look around without people bugging me with a sales pitch. I was debating whether to keep my current car or look at something that suited me better. He introduced me to Scott and basically said “let's see what we can do for you.” First let me say I brought in a mess and I knew it was a mess. I have bad credit and I was VERY upside down on my car loan. Neither of them batted an eyelash at my mess, just said we can help you and can do better by you. Scott took my mess to Mike who worked very hard to make things happen. Not only was I able to keep roughly the same payment, they took my trade in at a max trade in value and got me into a new car that is more suited to me, better gas mileage and covered by warrantee. Fio – Great job of breaking down what I needed and helped to ensure I left happy Scott Braun – very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn’t regurgitate memorized facts like some salesmen do. He also dummied some of the information so I understood it without being condescending. I work customer service in accounting and I can tell you it's not as easy as people think it is to do that. He was stuck with me for a few hours and was good company. If I have any more questions about my AWESOME new Car he would be the first I would call. Mike Domer- magician plain and simple. He took the mess that was handed him and made it work. Not only did he keep my monthly payments the same, he sat down and explained why lease was the better option. He made sure I understood what was what. I do ask questions and he answered them all. Everyone, including the both receptionist, were VERY friendly, made me very comfortable and never made me feel rushed or pressured. We also decided to base our purchase decision on the dealership as we know from past experience that how the dealership treats you is also a standard of how they will continue to treat you for the life of your vehicle. We found Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac to be an outstanding experience with a very large inventory to choose from. From the initial contact with Nick Perner who assigned us to Scott Curtis as our customer representative, they both had listened to my initial request to allow us to evaluable the vehicle on our own without being the stereotypical pushy car salesman. Nick even allowed us to test drive the vehicle on our own to go out to lunch in the area. Scott Curtis greeted us at the entrance when we came in with two cold bottles of water (it was a hot day) and the vehicle was out and ready for the test drive, even though it had rained that morning, the vehicle was clean with not a spot on it. Scott let us know that the low fuel light would come on but we would still have 50 miles before we actually ran out of fuel. It was so nice to be able to test drive the vehicle without someone yapping in our ear or trying to do the hard sell. Scott also listened to us when we told him that we never make a large purchase on the spot without at least thinking/sleeping on it (24 hour rule) and let us know if we had any questions we could call him at any time. Purchasing and Receiving Based on the great people, test drive comparison and the dealership atmosphere, we decided to go with Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac and we have had no regrets or second thoughts at all. The Cadillac ATS is a joy to drive and we are extremely happy with our purchase and partnership with Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac. Terry Taylor in Finance was extremely thorough and there were no surprises during the signing process. All too often you get in to sign the paperwork and there's always surprise charges that you were not made aware of. He explained the warranty program and other financial information without making it too confusing or trying to hide things which we greatly appreciated. Scott Curtis made sure the vehicle was cleaned, fueled and ready for acceptance. We inspected the entire vehicle and he sat inside with us to explain ALL of the controls and menus on the vehicle and how to set things up and customize to our settings otherwise we would have driven out of there completely baffled by CUE and dashboard controls. Service and Follow Up We had to bring our vehicle in several days later for the follow up Xzlyon coating and Debbie Hartwell in the Service Dept. was extremely knowledgeable and was able to perform the two outstanding service calls on the vehicle that didn’t require any parts. Scott Curtis was kind enough to provide us a nice loaner car while our vehicle was in for service for the whole afternoon. I would highly recommend Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and provided the attention to detail and outstanding customer service that is the hallmark of an outstanding dealership.
