We live in Ogden, Utah, and recently purchased a used Suburban from Peterson. When we came across the Suburban online, the pictures and specs made us excited, but we were very leery of the attempting to Suburban from Peterson. The team at Peterson made the process painless. Robin Holstad at Peterson worked with my wife to set up the arrangements. My wife mentioned many times how great Robin was to work with – my wife probably called her nearly 20 times throughout the process. Rob her manager picked me up from the airport. Though the online pictures of the Suburban looked good, I had low expectations for the vehicle and was prepared eat the cost of the airline flight and walk away from the purchase; however, when I saw the Suburban, I was blown away. It was in excellent condition just as Robin and Rob had explained. While at Peterson, I worked with Brandon Haun to finalize the sale. He was awesome! He gave me a great overview of the vehicle, and then got me through the sales process quickly. I felt zero pressure. It was a totally comfortable experience purchasing from Peterson. If we lived in Boise, we would definitely buy from them again. More

Our Salesman, Todd Crawford was promt to introduce himself to us in a professional courteus way. He asked what we were looking for and price range. He then took a moment to review the inventory in the computer and he took us directly to the used Equinox that we test drove and finally purchased! He clearly knew what vehicle would be a good fit for us. He was very informative about the details and options on the car. He was very polite during the test drive and answered several questions we had. Todd was patient when it came to negotiating price. We were not quite prepared as buyers as we were only out looking and had not done much research. In fact, we had just come back from a Ford Dealer where we looked at the Ford Escape. We didn't even drive an Escape, we just spoke with the salesman. During the negotiation, I explained to Todd that I was hesitant to make an offer because I hadn't done any pricing comparisons on the internet at home and I wasn't sure what a fair price would be that I would be comfortable paying for the car? Todd then nicely offered his computer to me and let me take some time to do some research. If Todd had not done this I may have not purchased the car. After some time looking on line and looking at some used Equinox prices, I had in my mind what I thought was a fair price to pay for the vehicle. After few times of going back and forth on price we finally came to an agreement on price! This negotiating process went quite smoothly and I didn't feel over pressured by the process. Thanks Todd! Overall I am very pleased with the whole process and have no regrets buying my new "used" 2012 Chevy Equinox. Thanks! Scott C. More

I'd been having a small problem with my car for a few weeks. When I finally got time to have it dealt with, I called and talked with Debbie in service at Peterson Chevrolet. She invited me to have it looked at the same day, warning me there might be a wait but that the problem would be investigated. Within a couple of hours, the problem had been diagnosed and addressed. You hear about a lot of auto service nightmares, but I can honestly say that I've experienced consistently exceptional care in the service department at Peterson Chevrolet. More
I'm not quite ready to say that I would recommend your Dealership. My SSR was brought in for a tranny leak and the pan gasket was replaced in addition to having the Frontend aligned and the wheels your Dealership. The car has continued to leak, so it is now awaiting a re-built tranny. My observation is that the Service Writing Department is not customer focused. With the exception of one lady Service Writer (I apologize that I do not know her name, but that her "station" is to the rear and to the far right), there is no greeting, even when you have an appointment. Customers enter the door and there's no "may I help you", only conversation when the customer speaks first. In particular with John, I walked in for my appointment at 10:00 and had to wait until he finished with the previous customer (that's OK), I explained that the car was still leaking; he printed out an order and said, "we'll call you and asked if I had a ride...that was it. However, when he calls to inform me what the repairs will cost, then "he comes to life" and is very friendly! And, while I was waiting in the Service Department and talking to John, my ride, my wife, was looking seriously at a $33,000 Equinox just outside of the Showroom; she even opened the door and was checking out the interior; and no one ever approached her about her interest so she returned to our car and waited for me instead..... We later that day bought a new $40,000 Ford Edge from Kendall Ford! I hope that this feedback will be constructive for your future business. More
