Not so good as the first 4 cars. Karen Martin has always treated us great and given us fair deals on all the cars we have got from her. I will how ever say I am very disappointed In the last car we bought from Peterson as it was to go into the service department for a check over. On pickup looked like the inside of the car was rushed and not cleaned. Driving car home check engine light came on with misfires and engine oil had not been changed as told. Safety things like ebrake not working which Peterson fixed but broke handle in the process does not show well. If I buy a used car from Peterson in the future we will not pay a week in advance and wait for the car to be done. I guess what I am saying is the cars that are used on your lot is checked out with care for the customer. The cars you sell before it goes on the lot Peterson have their money and who cares how the car is on delivery to the customer. More

They took more money bank and Peterson took $280 from me because of your mistake! You called and got the payoff, then confirmed that we could stop our payment to the bank bank and Peterson took $280 from me because of your mistake! Then you called me and said I needed to pay you all the difference and embarrassed my fily while we were in Las Vegas so we had to come home early so we would not get charged interest on the amount still owed to the bank. Our purchase of the 2005 Toyota Avalon was contingent upon our Boise Foreign Car mechanic's analysis and recommendation of the car. Peterson's was amenable to having our mechanic check things out. As a benefit of his checking things out, a leak was discovered and determined to be an oil leak. Oil gaskets were replaced in a timely fashion. Peterson mechanics competently tracked down and repaired an oil leak initially thought to be a steering column pump leak. John also honored our request to have a deep scratch on top of the driver's side mirror. He check with the paint shop and assured us he would make arrangements to bring our car in on a Thursday so that the painter can make a small repair. We so appreciate this kind of cooperation with us and among the Peterson personnel. Our experience with Peterson Chevrolet personnel was very positive. It is a relief to know everything is now in good working order. . I anticipate being very happy with my new-to-me vehicle. It rides as nice as the 1999 Avalon I traded in. I never dreamed of owning another Avalon, but thanks to Robin and John, I am driving a beautiful Avalon once again and hope it will serve me "for the rest of my life." More

Gotta start w/last summer, as I was looking to buy a Camaro or a Corvette.. the Peterson sales staff was somewhat friendly but not very helpful in getting me a new/used one, I know extensively a bought Camaro or a Corvette.. the Peterson sales staff was somewhat friendly but not very helpful in getting me a new/used one, I know extensively a bought both models, the sales staff knew almost nothing a bought both cars, I was searching for a limited editions or something that popped out from the rest, nether the staff or the sales manager could help me, I ended up going to a little tiny dealership, down the road and bought my First Camaro from them., several months passed & I went in for warranty repair, I had the most difficult time getting my car looked at.. so much, the Service Manager was in training and could not be bugged "REALLY" Gerr.. I was surprised after I set a new appointment, the S.Manager was very nice but not very helpful, as we had to keep a eye on any more damage, before we could, see if it could be repaired (at least some of that training had to of helped..lol)... a few months later, had the check engine light came on, they kept the car for half the day trying to figure out what was causing the issue (somewhat happy they were trying to help), the only thing they could come up w/ was the filter was a K&N, witch I couldn't see being the issue, I've used those filters for years and never had a issue on any of my (several) cars.. through the years, tho the tech was saying it must be the oil that caused the issue w/a sensor.. tho I trust the tech, because I knew that tech but I also trust what I've used for years too., But what broke my back..(not physically), was the attitude over all, I felt I was not that important to the dealership nor their employees in general, I didn't feel like I was a valued customer, I was also told in parts on several parts I wanted to get.. were so high, I a bought dropped my jaw, like the remote start kit, it was triple the cost, I could find, for so... cheaper (!), just browsing the internet while waiting on my car to be looked at., Also I felt pushed to spend money and not at a fair price, I felt like I was being pressured, tho it was good info & knowing what was needing or going to be needed soon for my Camaro. In conclusion of this review, I decided to take my business to Ed-Mark, (see my review there), I'm pretty picky person but I'm also giving my review as it is.. as I see through time, could of improved but its their loss. More
We came to Petersons because of past dealings that were favorable. Looking at used cars and drove away in one that they made fit our budget and what we wanted. The car window etching scam can make huge profits for the car dealer and many automotive experts think that it’s practically worthless to the average car buyer. Window etching for your new car has been one of the most profitable car dealer scams for years. Ultimately the decision is yours if you want your car windows etched, but I always take a pass. More
