Oil change It was a regular oil change, complicated by a power outage. Debbie kept me informed and updated on the delay. I was pleased under the circumstances. At about one year old a front running light went out. The quote to fix it was $150. It was actually the wiring harness that had gone bad. I was also told that it wouldn't be covered by warranty. I understand the bulb not being covered, but why not the harness, it isn't something that is a regular maintenance item. Anyway, I didn't have it fixed due to the expense. I have driven it around for the past nine years answering many people's questions about my vette not having a functional light. With all this bad press Chevy has gotten, they would have been better off fixing the thing in the first place. What causes a wiring harness to go bad anyway?! I've had lots of good experiences with the dealership over the years. This is just one item that has bothered me. Ron Cooke P.S. The light is still out. More

I met Ron on the lot and asked him if they had any Cadillac CTSV's used. He showed me one with the mileage too high, so we strolled up to look at this CTS Wagon. The car was immaculate with low miles and I really liked the color, so I brought my wife up the next day to get her opinion. She didn't even hesitate, and the next thing we knew we were driving it home. We really enjoyed the "no pressure" style of Ron Dye. We have been customers of Petersons for seven years and feel right at home the staff. Their friendliness and efficiency are greatly appreciated. More
