Seat replacement, Paint imperfection,white mark back bumper Brand new Cadillac SRX4 - Car was sent to Body Shop to have door imperfection repainted. Passenger front seat had a small split so Service Department Brand new Cadillac SRX4 - Car was sent to Body Shop to have door imperfection repainted. Passenger front seat had a small split so Service Department ordered in new seat. Upon picking up car and checking out new seat while at service center, immediately notice the console side of the passenger front seat was heavily scraped / scratched. When pointed this out was told by Service Dept that they were not sure how that could happen when it was the driver's seat they replaced not the passenger seat, we quickly corrected the agent that it was the passenger side. The agent took pictures and advised the console panel will be ordered in and replaced. When we opened the driver's door to leave the floor mats were covered in dirt, we called the agent back he said that had to have happened at the body shop. Service took car and cleaned inside and washed outside. Back bumper had a 1" white mark on it when we purchased, we asked Service to remove. When we picked it up it looked horrible, it was now a faint white circle doubled or tripled in size. Now frustrated with everything else, we pointed it out and said we would take care of it. We have tried Armorall and it does not come off. More

I left both phone and email addresses, and then never heard back. I had requested a Saturday 7 June appointment for a regular oil change/tire rotation service, but I never heard back from your company to confirm the appointment. I finally called on Thursday afternoon and scheduled an appointment via the phone. At that time I asked about the internet requested appointment, but the person who took my call said there was nothing on the books for me. So, if you are going to offer customers an automated way to make an appointment then that process should work. You may want to look into that system or discontinue it? Sincerely, Eric Leaming More

Heather did ask if I wanted it washed after the fact, but I declined.... Stacy lined me up with salesman Todd Crawford who spent time showing me all the features of the truck and then found the model and features I wanted on a truck at another dealership. The other dealer lots I visited did not offer to find the vehicle I wanted. More

Took many calls back and forth to set up an oil change then took an hr and 40 minutes. I have a 2013 Eacalade so the oil change was free but sometimes free isn't worth almost 2 hrs of time. More

They always treat me with respect and go above and beyond I purchased life time oil changes when I purchased my vehicle new from Peterson Chevrolet. They always treat me with respect and go above and beyond an ordinary oil change. They volunteer to wash my vehicle and if I have the time, they have vacuumed it out as well. They walk out to greet me when I arrive, they review the miles and offer additional services that may be necessary without pressure or guilt it I decline. They may cost a little more than some other auto service companies, but I have never felt like the work they have done would require additional follow-ups or repeats. I currently live in California but I always try to take my truck there when I am up for a visit. They have definitely added to my car ownership experience. Great work team. More
