She programmed my new cell phone to the blue tooth system and was very friendly and helpful. Was sad to see from their diagnostic report that I needed an alignment which was unplanned but very timely since I was going to put about 1800 miles on the tires in the next two weeks. Only negative was it got very busy in the service area and Debbie and one other advisor were answering phones, dealing with several mechanics, running back and forth to the copy machine and greeting the new customers...much confusion and yelling back and forth while I just stood back and watched the circus. Debbie is awesome and wore several hats at the same time. She's a great asset to Peterson's. More
