Service dept dropped the ball I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the rear wiper replaced. The rear wiper was not replaced after I requested it on the "notes" section when making my online appt. What is the world class inspection anyways? I have one tire that has been leaking air. When I picked my car up after the rotation, do you think I would have gotten 5psi worth of air? NO! Then my sensor for my problem tire went out on my drive home. After contacting Toby, the service manager he told me, that a rear wiper would be held with my name on it, and they would reset my tire sensor. Has not been done yet, as I live some distance away. My advice is to have a checklist of the items inspected and have a copy given to the customer. More
Recall I can't speak of the "actual" service at this point, because our car is still in the shop. Owner There are five things that could have enhanced our buying experience. 1. A dent in the side passenger door was to be fixed. When we came to pick i There are five things that could have enhanced our buying experience. 1. A dent in the side passenger door was to be fixed. When we came to pick it up it had not been fixed. When I inquired why, I was told it was the best they could do. In reality the dent was never looked at. 2. We were sold the car on the premiss that it was corporate executives personal car. We have since looked at the carfax report and found it to be a rental vehicle. This find did explain the excessive dirtiness of the ceiling, visors and candy between the seats. 3. We were told the vehicle was certified used and everything worked. The rear DVD screen does not work. I feel that should have been apart of the check list. 4. We came into the dealership on Saturday. We were told the vehicle was to be shipped away the Monday after because of its corporate status. It was in fact a rental purchased at auction with no destination. 5. There are pry marks on the side airbag covers (both sides) that suggests deployment. With no recorded recall it is hard to know what really happened.
