Unexplained fees, too busy to help Had my car fixed at Boise's new Peterson facility. When I got home, I realized that the charges from the itemized area of my bill did not match what Had my car fixed at Boise's new Peterson facility. When I got home, I realized that the charges from the itemized area of my bill did not match what I was really charged. I called and left a message. No return call. Called the following Monday. They were "too busy with a customer" to help me. He called back a while later. I asked about the unexplained charges. They are "misc shop fees" that don't show anywhere on the itemized bill. They are "a percentage of the final bill". What percentage? He didn't know. It's "just fees we charge". How am I supposed to know what I'm paying for when THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M PAYING FOR?! More

Escalade Carpet Ian in the service department was amazing to work with. He went beyond what he needed to do. The work is more on the quality of the vehicle and not the service department. The service technician simply told me that all of the Escalades on the lot have the same issue and didn't do anything. I feel like a vehicle that costs as much as an Escalade and for only owning the vehicle for 3 months the carpet should not be lifting up. I purchased a Lexus LS460L from Petersons several years ago and the quality in that vehicle was much higher than the Escalade. I love the vehicle but am disappointed in some of the finishing touches they have over looked. It does make me question my choice in purchasing it and will tell others who have asked me my thoughts on purchasing one to look at the finish quality closely. More

Loved the staff! Heather and Debbie have stellar customer service! I was planning on dropping off my vehicle for ignition work the next day but the bay was still open Heather and Debbie have stellar customer service! I was planning on dropping off my vehicle for ignition work the next day but the bay was still open and though they were officially closed for the day, Heather was very friendly and attended to me anyway, with a great smile and a willingness to accommodate. Debbie called the next day to say they were doing the work and noticed the car was low on a few fluids and offered to system flush/top off. I declined as I was getting an oil change that weekend, but appreciated that they did the system check. I was a little surprised at the estimated price of over $300 for that work and will use it for comparison purposes. All in all, a great experience. And both times (dropping off and preparing to pick up) I was offered a ride to and from. Nice touch! More

I called Karen to let her know I was in the market for a new car. She directed me to the Peterson Website. I picked out the one I wanted and when I showed up at the Dealership, the Equinox was out front waiting for me. I love working with Karen and Peterson's. That is why I keep coming back. More

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from them, and Jonathan "Big Jon" McConaughey has helped us each time. He is very helpful and a lot of fun! I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and he (along with others) found a way to make it happen. I will definitely continue to purchase my vehicles from them as long as Jonathan is there. I'm sure there are others in the company that could help me as well, but he is a rockstar for sure!
