Purchase and service on New car Recently, we were in the market for a new vehicle because the one that we had was not able to tow an RV Trailer. The Buick Enclave is only capabl Recently, we were in the market for a new vehicle because the one that we had was not able to tow an RV Trailer. The Buick Enclave is only capable of towing up to 3500 lbs "IF' it comes from the factory with the Towing package factory installed. Ours did not and our purpose was to find a similar vehicle that would suit our needs. Scott Braun listened to our situation and quickly identified a vehicle that would be perfect for us. He showed us the Chevrolet Traverse with the LTZ package. It was like sitting in the Enclave as the interior was exactly the same except the capability of the Traverse fit our needs perfectly. We are able to tow our new Travel trailer with ease. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Traverse has a manufacture recommendation of 5200 lbs towing capacity. We have been very pleased with the total service that we have received from Peterson Chevrolet, Buick and Cadillac. More

Not such a long wait afterall I scheduled to get an oil change and two recalls done on my Traverse. The customer service department were friendly and gave me a time frame when my I scheduled to get an oil change and two recalls done on my Traverse. The customer service department were friendly and gave me a time frame when my car would be finished. When they said it would be four hours to complete the task, they said they could give me a courtesy car in the meantime. However, when they found out I live in Canyon County, they couldn't do so. So I told them to go ahead and cancel the recalls and just do the oil change. They were very understanding of my situation, especially traveling far. The Customer Service Center were able to accommodate me in making sure I wasn't waiting for as long as they initially stated. My wait time ended up being two and a half hours which was reasonable, especially with everything they had to do to the vehicle. I really appreciate the efforts they made in helping me out, especially with a busy schedule that day. The folks their were very friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated my car getting washed afterwards. :) More

Fun Experience all around My salesman Dan was great. I traded in a 2013 dodge charger for a new 2014 chevy camaro. Each prior time I was told they couldn't find anything. This was a problem from the time I purchased the vehicle. It was still under warranty when I asked for this to be repaired.p, being told that they couldn't find anything. I have been very disappointed with service. I will will seek another repair shop in the future. More
Service by appointment When I arrived at the service center, there were 1 vehicle ahead of me in my lane. I waited almost 15 minutes to be waited on. Everything was taken care of after that in a professional manner. The vehicle was ready in less then the estimated time. For some reason or other, the radio antenna was removed and not put back on. This was my first encounter with this service center. I would probably recommend it, but I don't have much of a data base to go on. More
