Your charge of 1,297.42 for repair & replacement was at least 300% over what you can get parts at typical part store, you charged $419.60 for what is discussed on internet as a $125.00 part; you would think a Chevy dealer would get parts cheaper than auto part stores...which you do, but you rip off the clients that buy your chevy's; which new cars lose at least 50% value the minute you drive off your lot....your industry needs heavy regulations, your worse than a common shoplifter in a store, this is grand theft...and need to be policed, but some how feel you are entitled to thieve from customers. Apparently your repair/replacement lasted the drive home last Saturday 8/16/14, we didn't drive the Tblazer Sunday, but Monday on the way to work...like clock work the "service engine soon" light comes on and stays on, the $430.00 paid for you to reprogram "update" the "pcm" was theft, also, most likely the Air pump system replacement pump, valve & relay were all faulty parts, one thing that is quite upsetting is "competent" repair/replacement protocol is to replace the hose when replacing the pump, your Chevy shop just left the old one, incompetent comes to mind, most likely were the excessive water comes from... a leaky hose!. This replacement should last at least 7 years, exhaust moisture buildup in 1 day!. You would expect your service rep's to come let you know when they have rec'd info from Mechanic, we waited 1 1/2 hours, then walked to Rep., and were patronized saying they were just coming to let us know, guess your customer's time means absolutely nothing to you corporate thieves. I've unfortunately bought 2 vehicles from your dealership....it appears to be a huge mistake, I expect you to schedule a return service repair without charge, at minimum. More

Electrical Repair - LeBlanc I made an appoitment to have an electrical problem looked at on my 2006 Chevy that I purchased from Peterson in 2011. The accessory person that made I made an appoitment to have an electrical problem looked at on my 2006 Chevy that I purchased from Peterson in 2011. The accessory person that made the appointment set for Friday at 2pm and said Friday was very empty and it would be no problem. Whne I arrived on Friday at 2pm they could not find my appointment and the person who was helping me (Jim, I think- I am sure you can look at the record to see who helped me). Acted very upset that I was bringing in my vehicle at lectured me on how bringing my vehicale in at 2pm on a Friday was ridiculous and said it might get done, but might have to wait until Monday. This upset me and I stated "Why did I make an appointment?" He said, "Well there are 8am appointments that have not got their cars looked at yet!". He was very rude and acted like I did something wrong by bringing my vehicle to Peterson to be fixed. When we went inside to do paperwork he sated that diagnostic would be $105. I let him know that when I was on the phone the accessory person how made the appointment said they would do the work for $75/hr to diagnos the problem. He the asked "well, who did you talk to?" and acted like I was not telling him the truth. He also asked me "What was the problem with the truck again?" when filling out the paperwork. This really bothered me because I told him exactly what it was doing when we were outside and he obiously did not listen to me because he was upset that I brought my truck in. I again told him exactly what was happening and exactly what I though the problem was and where they should look for the electrical issue (and is exactly what the problem was). This all happened at about 2:20pm. He called me at 3pm and told me they fould the problem and it would cost arround $150 to fix. He then called at 3:50p and said it was done. When I got to Peterson to pick the truck up I saw they had charge me for 2 hours of work. I was so upset with the service that I just paid it and left. I am not sure how 2 hours of work could have been done between 2:20 - 3:50pm. I just paid it because I was truely tired of dealing with it. After this service I will not bring a vehicle back to Peterson and it is very doubtful that I will purchase another vehicle there (which we were planning on doing next year). More

No pressure. That's important! Gary Laming our salesman was excellent and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. This is the third car our family has bought from Gary. We like him we trust him. Nick Permer was efficient friendly and easy to work with. We will make sure we go back to these two guys next time when we are looking for another vehicle. Was a great experience...we left happy, and very satisfied with the service and the vehicle. C.Waitley More
