Once we got thru that Ian was very kind and helpful. He even came out to find me and have me sign the paperwork so I didn't have to take all four kids back there with me. THAT speaks clearly to me that they want this to be a great experience. Once inside Karen Martin saw us and made it her mission right then to see how everything was and make sure the kids were all doing great. She should teach lessons in HOW to do customer service. She is amazing. We also saw your finance guy who sold us our last car. He even said hi and was genuinely interested in us. I'm just super impressed and left there so happy. Keep up the great work! More
Quality Still Lacking This is my second experience with the service department since buying my truck in March. This visit was to apply three recalls and rotate the tires. This is my second experience with the service department since buying my truck in March. This visit was to apply three recalls and rotate the tires. It was easy to schedule an appointment but upon arrival no paperwork was ready and it took an excessive amount of time to prepare it. I assume the recalls where taken care of as there's no independent way to check. They did rotate the tires but did not properly adjust the inflation pressures. They do not wash the vehicle as most dealers do, nor do they bring the vehicle up once you pay for the service. These are small things that good service departments do that would improve the customer experience. More

This was my first service visit and unfortunately it only reinforced my view that they really just dont care about delivering an excellent or even good customer experience. Average seems to be just fine with them.. I called to reschedule my original appointment yet when I showed up they had no record of it. No "I'm sorry for the confusion" was ever said. Instead I was made to feel like they were doing me a big favor by fitting me in. I was told my car would be washed as part of my first service. Never happened! My car was dirtier than usual due to our recent rain yet somehow this still got overlooked?? Its the little things that really make a big difference and this dealership just doesnt get it. Disappointed, again. More

Service experience I ordered a part, it came in and I received several calls telling me the part had arrive. I called the service department to schedule my vehicle in to I ordered a part, it came in and I received several calls telling me the part had arrive. I called the service department to schedule my vehicle in to have the part installed. They asked if the part had arrived to which I replied yes, your parts department called several times. My question is do these two department communicate with each other? Second I set the appointment and asked for my vehicle to also be serviced since I have a 5 year service agreement. When I arrived the service person had to look me up in the system......Question, why did I make an appointment? No paperwork was ready I had to wait for them to process the service order. Second, I was asked again if the part had been ordered, the service person was the one who worked with me to order the part? He went out to the vehicle to see what needed to be replaced....for goodness sake he and I did that already before we ordered the part. He than asked me if I had paid for the part, it is my understanding that the part had to be paid in advance.....after all of this My question remains why did I make an appointment, tell the service person what I needed to have done and than have to come in and repeat everything all over again and wait for them to process the paperwork? Sorry but your system is not efficient and it is very frustrating. More
