Worry Free Driving Maintenance I brought my 2013 GMC Acadia into Peterson Chevy/Buick/Cadillac Service Dept off Cloverdale for an oil change, tire rotation, nitro fill, and 27 point I brought my 2013 GMC Acadia into Peterson Chevy/Buick/Cadillac Service Dept off Cloverdale for an oil change, tire rotation, nitro fill, and 27 point inspection as part of my offered Worry Free Driving Maintenance program received when I made the purchase in Feb 2014. I set up the appointment with Debbie. When I arrived I told her what I wanted to have done and she noted I had two recalls that could be done as well so I would leave the car for the morning. As I was waiting on the shuttle home, Debbie came to me and told me my maintenance would have to be done at the Dillon Service Dept off Orchard for they took care of the GMCs. I was told they would do the recalls and the oil change. After I had picked up the car that afternoon, later that evening, I received a voicemail from Debbie that she was mistaken and that since I bought a Pre-Owned Certified GMC that they could due my oil changes. This has left me somewhat confused about the tire rotations, etc. since I did not get one, to my knowledge, and that they are overdue a rotation. I would prefer to have all my work done at one place. Fairview is better for me since I conduct more of my business on that part of town. I just don't want to run into the same thing every time I get my car serviced. Does the Worry Free Driving Maintenance include everything initially offered to my by Peterson or do I need to schedule future service at Dillon and will they honor the 5 yrs of worry free maintenance while under warranty? More
Dishonest Customer Service Invoice stated that I did not want part painted to match color of vehicle. I assumed the new part would match the color of my vehicle. Great deal! Went to Peterson's to find a replacement car for my daughter. We worked with Gary Laming and Rob Veech. Service Dept. disappointment I made the appointment online (days before when it showed all the availability) and was called the next day to reschedule because they received too ma I made the appointment online (days before when it showed all the availability) and was called the next day to reschedule because they received too many apts. for that day through emails, calls, etc. I wasn't able to keep my requested apt and had to change to two hours later, which was right at lunch time (very inconvenient). I asked if my family could be shuttled somewhere for lunch but they said that option wasn't available at that time. They said it would take 45 mins but we were there for 1 hour and 20 mins when I stood up to see if my car was done. It finally was and so I walked into the service dept and had to ask if it was done. They said "Yes" and that they were just going to get me and my children (who had been waiting almost an hour and a half). I also had requested online for them to look into a vibration in the car that causes sinus and ear pressure. They didn't mention it at all when I got my keys and signed for the oil change. Now, I have to go back and make another appointment because they either couldn't handle their service load or they didn't even bother to read my requests that I have documentation for. I was VERY disappointed with the whole process, starting with my apt needing to be changed to an inconvenient time. The plus side was that my oil change was free because it was my first one with them and Ian was very friendly. More
