I saw an add on Craigslist for and '07 Chevy Cobalt at Peterson's that I thought would be a perfect fit for me.. I spoke to Robin Holstad who was more than helpful through email and chat. I went in last Friday to take a peak and and met Scot Braun who was AMAZING. I did not feel pressured to purchase or even to look. I was concerned with my situation so we worked backwards and I ended up leaving with a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze...completely covered with warranty, service, washes...anything I could possibly need all at a decent rate. They gave me an amazing trade on my jeep; I couldn't be happier. Everyone in finance was super nice and made everything quick and easy. I would recommend them to ANYONE. More

Ridiculous I took my 2012 Traverse in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a couple of recalls (passenger safety belt, and air bag wiring). I'm glad I waited a I took my 2012 Traverse in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a couple of recalls (passenger safety belt, and air bag wiring). I'm glad I waited a bit to send in this review, because three days later I started seeing oil drops on my garage floor. I looked underneath the Traverse, and oil was leaking from the filter. Another appointment, another two hour wait, and the service guy tells me they tightened the oil filter. I'm good to go. I waited two days, and crawled underneath the vehicle again, and fresh oil is still leaking. Back in again, and this time I get, "We washed everything off, and you're good to go". How ridiculous, and yes, it is still leaking. I'm sick of this place, so I will just go re-do the oil filter myself. I won't be returning. Tom Harmer More

Oil change bad Second post as they removed the first one I purchased my 2012 Jeep from Peterson. They sold me the extended warranty. I scheduled my Jeep for the oil change and they did not have the oil filte I purchased my 2012 Jeep from Peterson. They sold me the extended warranty. I scheduled my Jeep for the oil change and they did not have the oil filter. I was not informed this until I actually got there, So I asked to be contacted no they did not contact me. I contacted them and found out they had received my oil filter. I rescheduled and arrived early for my appointment. I was informed it would be about 45 min. after an hour I seen my Jeep out in the bay. Upon getting to my Jeep it was full of leaves and trash. I demanded that they clean it. Not very professional. I then stopped at the car wash on the way home only to find oil on my hood. I would not recommend them to anyone. There service was the worst that I had seen in years. DO NOT USE THEM More
