Very friendly and very enjoyable I had an appointment to see Stacy in Internet Sales at 2:30 that afternoon. She handed me over to Joe Sandovol. He brought out the 2015 Cadillac SRV I had an appointment to see Stacy in Internet Sales at 2:30 that afternoon. She handed me over to Joe Sandovol. He brought out the 2015 Cadillac SRV SUV in "Platinum Ice". I told him I really liked it. Ialso wanted to look at the new Buick Enclaves next. We drove by them on the way out to test drive the SRX. That moment I know I fell in love with it! Joe worked with me on the trade in but it was out of my price range. Joe finally got it within my price range on a lease option. I jumped on it! Joe showed me around the service and parts and introduced me to the people. That night I left there with a brand new Cadillac. Joe treated me with respect. I most definitely will be doing business with Joe. Heck, he even showed me a few how to a couple of days later.and washed the Suv for me! Hats off Joe! More

Purchasing our Buick Encore On Saturday January 3rd, 2015 we took the day to travel to Boise from the McCall area in hopes of trading in our current vehicle for a Buick Encore. We did drive away with an Encore about 4 hours later. It was an enjoyable experience, unlike many car purchase experiences we have had in the past. We dealt with Lesa, had previously called her on the phone, she was waiting in the parking lot and immediately took us to the cars we were interested in. We drove one, looked at several, went inside where it was warm. She immediately took our information, presented it to those who needed it and the deal was done that quickly.
