I figured this might be a typical sales pitch but Chandler didn't try to sway me to a different truck and had my brand spanking ne 2016 Chevy Colorado in record time. Jason was knowledgeable about the various options for each truck and helped us find the perfect truck for our needs. We had some concerns about whether the truck would fit into our garage. Jason suggested we take a test drive and make sure it would fit. Normally I have quite a bit of anxiety at the thought of working with a car dealer. Our experience couldn't have been better. I never felt pressured. Everyone from Jason, our salesman, to the finance department, etc. were so great to work with. best "looking at Cars" experience ever! (My experience at Nissan) My experience at your dealership was smooth and cool. Chris Hardy listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I was in love with the cadilac suv...too expensive...I really like a jeep (I have driven my jeep grand cherekee Larado for 20 years) but when I drove the subaru crosstrek I knew I had found my car, and at a price I could comfortably handle. I went in wanting a bare bones basic model and left with bells and whistles! Chris was not demanding and I felt was truly interested in making sure I had what I wanted. All you folks were great at customer service. I will be back in 20 years for another vehicle! More
