I even had a lot of fun with their credit manager, Terry Taylor. Purchase date: Dec 18, 2015, picked it up Dec 30, 2015. I purchased my '13 Genesis before even touching it in person. I live about 460 miles away near Portland, OR and took advantage of their out of state buyer program. I wanted to drive the vehicle for a few months before writing this review to make sure there were problems or hidden issues……glad to report there were none. While I agree that this program may not be for everybody, I would not be afraid to do it again. If you know the vehicle you’re looking for and they have it, it’s definitely worth checking out. Great Service, Great People While on the internet, looking for a used car, we got on the Peterson Chevrolet web site, and within five minutes of getting on the web site, Amber Ta While on the internet, looking for a used car, we got on the Peterson Chevrolet web site, and within five minutes of getting on the web site, Amber Taylor, an Internet Specialist, called our home phone, and wanted to know if she could help us. We explained that we were looking for a Chevrolet Equinox. We talked about their current inventory, and then noticed that a 2013 Equinox had just been added, but no pictures were available, but we let her know that we were interested. Over the next several days, Amber kept in touch with us, by phone and e-mail. Saturday morning, 16 April 2016, we met with Amber and our salesman was Tony (not sure of his last name). We had originally planned on trading in our 2004 Chevrolet Suburban, and ended up also trading in our 2012 Skyline Nomad 18 foot travel trailer.
