My wife and I recently purchased a new 2021 BMW from Peterson BMW. The purchase was a good experience but when I recently made an on line appointment to have my oil changed I received a couple emails s Peterson BMW. The purchase was a good experience but when I recently made an on line appointment to have my oil changed I received a couple emails saying my appointment was set. Even got a reminder email. Which would leave a normal person to believe an appointment was set. When I arrived at Peterson after a 30 mile drive from Middleton to be told I did not have an appointment because the on line system doesn’t tell them of the appointment. I was even told the admin knows of the problem and won’t fix it. I was then told that I must leave the car for the day so I could be fit in. Which was not an option as I had no ride and scheduled to wait for the service to be done. Then was told to reschedule which did not make me happy and waste even more of my time. I did vent my displeasure and was able to get my vehicle serviced after an hour and half wait. I spent over $45K for the vehicle and have many choices to buy new cars and after the initial purchase purchase you treat your customers like that I will likely take my business else where. More
