Very Disappointing ! My 2016 BMW X5 was at Peterson Auto Body for minor collision repair from 11/27 through 12/1. The shop called me at 6:00 pm to tell me it was ready fo My 2016 BMW X5 was at Peterson Auto Body for minor collision repair from 11/27 through 12/1. The shop called me at 6:00 pm to tell me it was ready for pick up. The person on the phone who I later learned was Ben told me that the shop closed at 7:00 pm which only gave me an hour to get ready and get there. Upon my arrival Ben met me at the counter and was obviously in a rush to go home. He was very indifferent and cavalier towards me. I wanted to do a walk around my vehicle and ask a few question about the repair, however Ben told me there wasn’t time or the personnel to do such a walk around. I found the floor mats on both the driver and passenger side so wet that I had to ask Ben for a rag to dry them off. It was obvious that the wash job was done in a hurry and with no attention to detail. Because of the late hour I wasn’t able to see the body work until daylight of the next day. I was shocked to see the paint job is very poor, second rate with orange peel in the finish as well as partials of debris dried under the clear coat. A real second rate job seemingly done in a rush just to get it finished. I will never go back to Peterson Auto Body and would definitely not recommend to anyone. More

Fast and Friendly service, even late on Saturday Jake in service is a real pro. I had the opportunity to buy a used X5 from another dealer, but it had a clicking sound from the engine. That dealer w Jake in service is a real pro. I had the opportunity to buy a used X5 from another dealer, but it had a clicking sound from the engine. That dealer was willing to discount the price enough to have me check it out to see if I wanted it "as-is". Well I called Jake at Peterson on a Saturday and he was willing to do an inspection, even though they were busy. I dropped it off around noon and before he left for the day, I received a detailed list of what the X5 needed and approved the work. I was able to cut a deal for the purchase at a great price and now have a perfect condition X5 for thousands less than market price. All because Jake and the mechanics at Peterson were quick to respond and honest and fair in their pricing. I will continue my service here. More
