"Extreme Makeover" I have had my BMW X5 diesel for 9 1/2 years and have 115K miles on it. With time some turbo lines/tubings and engine mount bushings were showing sign I have had my BMW X5 diesel for 9 1/2 years and have 115K miles on it. With time some turbo lines/tubings and engine mount bushings were showing signs of wear along with some other monitoring devices malfunctioning. I like the vehicle so much that I chose to get everything fixed/replaced. I picked the vehicle up and you all had cleaned it thoroughly too! Like new "extreme makeover!" I have now been driving it for a week. It drives and handles just like the 2020 X3 loaner that you gave me while my vehicle was in the shop! I have my diesel that can pull my 5000# boat/trailer and a vehicle that drives like new again! Amazing job! Thank you! More

Nick in service was able to identify the problem and coordinate with BMW AG to get authorization for a replacement, saving me thousands! Ryan (service writer) is awesome as well. He would make sure that I had shuttles and always kept me informed on the status of any of my cars. The service team is excellent, which can be a rarity in the auto world. Thank you Nick and Ryan!!!! Service visit Had a great experience with recent visit for oil change. Also needed help with tire pressure and reinstalling grid lines on my rear view camera. Ryan Had a great experience with recent visit for oil change. Also needed help with tire pressure and reinstalling grid lines on my rear view camera. Ryan also noted that tire wear was close to the point of needing to replace tires. They clearly showed me the amount of wear so I know to get tires replaced before any future long trips.
