Always keeps me in the loop and is accessible at all times either by texts or voice calls. I live in Portland, Oregon and my wife and I are moving to Eagle, Idaho and have been making numerous trips with our X5 and trailer in tow. We have to traverse the Blue Mountains (Cascade Range) on our way and with the recent Northwest forecast of snow I wanted to purchase some winter tires for safety. I was able to hook up with Justin Van Wey who was very knowledgeable about winter tires and the package deal that BMW was offering with tires and rims. I purchased the 2019 X5 with 21 inch rims/tires and there is/was a very limited selection of run flat tires with only a Pirelli offering with 21 inch tires. I decided that after reviews I wanted the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 SUV that only fit 20-inch rims. Justin told me about the BWW package deal that included the 20-inch rim and Michelin tires I wanted and to my surprise the rims were the star spoke rims that look like the 21 inch rims that I ordered when I built the X5. Justin was very patient, and we had a number of phone calls to discuss options and I am very pleased with what I ended up with. More
