Every time I have been to this dealership they have honored any discounts I’ve received from my previous dealerships emails, and have always charged a ‘fair’ and ‘lower’ price than anticipated. The work was done within a few hours and I didn't have to leave the vehicle overnight. Staff was friendly and good at keeping me informed. They even performed an additional recall order that I was unaware of. Will definitely call them first for any future repairs. More
Disappointed in not honoring CPO from Peterson Nampa store While I do appreciate Rafeal Cuevas's 15% discount on my recent repair work, IMO it fell considerably short of what I understood I was getting when I While I do appreciate Rafeal Cuevas's 15% discount on my recent repair work, IMO it fell considerably short of what I understood I was getting when I purchased my 335XI on 8-14-19 and currently having logged only approx 4000 miles on the car. A fairer agreement would have been 50% considering all things involved (too many to mention here). I believe I would have had a more equitable agreement had there been an arbitration or court settlement, but being the "little guy" in this disagreement, that would have been costly and Peterson BMW knows that. I will not buy another vehicle from Peterson. Rafael and his staff are good people to work with, but in this case we simply disagreed. More

I had to call to ask if that was an extra charge, to my surprised it was not. Nice that they went the extra mile due to the Covid 19 situation, and my car was returned to me the same day. The driver, Austin was nice/professional, Jake who helped me over the phone was also nice/professional. Thank you for an excellent customer service, the whole process was easy. More

Sales team of Sam Whipple and Jim Lombardo are as sincerely enthusiastic about BMW products as they are technically knowledgeable. Importantly, both are genuinely nice guys to work with. We recently purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from another dealership and came in to purchase a few parts including an extra key and Kenny in the parts department treated me like I was a long time customer. When we had that key programmed and the car checked out Ryan from the service department was the same way and treated us as if we had just purchased a new vehicle from Peterson. He was very informative and helped us work through the service issues the car needed. We are very impressed with the pride BMW has in their vehicles and how we as first time customers were handled at your dealership with a car we didn't even purchase there.
