Disappointed in not honoring CPO from Peterson Nampa store While I do appreciate Rafeal Cuevas's 15% discount on my recent repair work, IMO it fell considerably short of what I understood I was getting when I While I do appreciate Rafeal Cuevas's 15% discount on my recent repair work, IMO it fell considerably short of what I understood I was getting when I purchased my 335XI on 8-14-19 and currently having logged only approx 4000 miles on the car. A fairer agreement would have been 50% considering all things involved (too many to mention here). I believe I would have had a more equitable agreement had there been an arbitration or court settlement, but being the "little guy" in this disagreement, that would have been costly and Peterson BMW knows that. I will not buy another vehicle from Peterson. Rafael and his staff are good people to work with, but in this case we simply disagreed. More

When we had that key programmed and the car checked out Ryan from the service department was the same way and treated us as if we had just purchased a new vehicle from Peterson. He was very informative and helped us work through the service issues the car needed. We are very impressed with the pride BMW has in their vehicles and how we as first time customers were handled at your dealership with a car we didn't even purchase there.
