Trying times during the pandemic I took my BMW M40I X3 in for a service during the pandemic of 2020, and must say the steps they have in place to keep us safe are wonderful. At no tim I took my BMW M40I X3 in for a service during the pandemic of 2020, and must say the steps they have in place to keep us safe are wonderful. At no time did I feel my safety and social distance was compromised. I’m a nurse for a local hospital and can tell you there aseptic technique is great. I whiteness a detail attendant wipe down all high contact surfaces not once but twice while waiting for my vehicle. Generally a nice first experience. Brett was professional and accommodating. Very cordial and thorough as it related to what my service needs were. The other 3 are difficult to solve, “ghost in the machine” type electronic issues. Manhattan BMW had the same difficulty and did not solve. Overall a nice experience. More
