I’ve purchased 3 BMW’s in recent years from Peterson BMW. My wife recently brought in her X5 for an expensive repair. They did not vacuum out the interior or wash the car. Very poor service and a terrible way to send someone off after a costly repair. Since Jim Tully and Marlon left the service is very average. I used to brag to my friends that BMW had the best service of any kind in town. Not anymore. I wrecked my car in the ice storm last winter. I went down to see the estimate after work and it was totaled out by Geico. I was told to go take my plates off and the service writer acted like he really didn’t care about the fact that I just lost my car. I asked for a screwdriver to remove the plates and he handed me a drill. I went out in the cold while he sat warm inside and just smiled smugly. This is drastically different from the way they used to treat people. I bought another BMW after that because I love the cars. A very nice young guy helped me but didn’t tell me anything about the car. You could tell he didn’t have any real knowledge or enthusiasm for the car. The service is at a C- grade at best. More

Protect your customers and your employees I have always been pleased with the professional nature of BMW service at Peterson BMW. I was surprised that none of the employees were wearing protec I have always been pleased with the professional nature of BMW service at Peterson BMW. I was surprised that none of the employees were wearing protective facial masks given the recommendations by local, state, and federal officials. I work in nursing facilities with numerous susceptible residents. I wear a mask if I am in public and likely to come in close contact with other people in order to protect them. There were no staff or customers wearing masks in the service area to protect me or my patients. This is a disregard for customer safety that I found quite disappointing and disturbing. It severely affects my impression of Peterson as a place of business that should be concerned about it's community, it's customers, and it's own staff. Thankfully, the shuttle driver and an additional passenger were wearing facial masks. More
