I made a service appointment two weeks ago. Car was indicating a fault with the parking sensors. Picking the car back up, the service tech explained that the system could not be repaired. There was a crack in a glass paneled sensor and they did not have any replacement parts. Parking sensor are pretty standard in new cars and it was really hard to believe that the dealer did not stock for these repairs, We live more than two hours away from the dealer and this was a wasted trip. Seamless check in, great customer service from service advisor Jake. The service team does a wonderful job behind the scenes, I'm sure they don't get recognized enough. Very expensive oil change. $273. When I inquired why it was $70 more than the last two times they told me it was because I had not previously been charged for labor. Failed to Notify Us On a previous service we needed a part ordered and installed. The dealer set up an appointment the following week. I arrived on time and left the car. When I got home the dealer called and said the part was back ordered. So I wasted the morning driving back and forth. Should have been called and told not come in and saved a lot of time. The people are friendly and very nice but someone dropped the ball on this. More
