Jake did a great job getting the work done and was very transparent in the cost of the work. It was very disappointing that the $70K car, 5 years old and 30K miles needed to have a seat belt buckle replace transparent in the cost of the work. It was very disappointing that the $70K car, 5 years old and 30K miles needed to have a seat belt buckle replaced for $1000. Doesn't say much about BMW quality. More
