Excellent transparency, flexibility and compassion. After a 650 mile road trip, my oil sensor light came on indicating an ‘overfilled’ status. The next morning, the service manager, Ryan, took in the car on a ‘walk-in’ basis, assessed the issue as a failed sensor, and allayed my worst concern. Knowing that service requires several days, or weeks, to schedule, I appreciate Ryan’s ability to address my problem on short notice. Definitely recommend! More
