Online appointment was not in their system, had to come back later in the day. The oil change I had done finished after they closed so I got there later than normal and didn’t get the receipt for my record back later in the day. Two days later I got a pamphlet in the mail to have almost half off an oil change. Needless to say it wasn’t the best experience and I’m hoping they can honor the oil change discount since I won’t be back there for a while. More

My BMW328D broke down during my cross country trip. Ryan was able to get me booked into the system at the last minute. We have had our BMW SUV serviced here for over four years. We have been extremely happy.
