I guess I'll risk my warranty to have such basic maintenance performed by other certified shops. Also, as others stated, I was not able to make appointment by website - I don't know why Peterson needs to track my internet activity for service appointments. Had to call to schedule, not that big a deal, just silly. I've dealt with Crevier and Spokane - both more accommodating in my opinion - Boise needs to quickly mature with its growing BMW ownership cohort. I will only come back for a warranty repair. More
