Peterson BMW needs to reinstate their car wash service on serviced vehicles now that Governor Litter and Boise Mayor Mc Lean have lifted the indoor mask mandates! Do not recommend this dealership for service unless it is a clear warranty situation. From my two recent visits, they are expensive, take a long time to provide service (my car was in there 6 weeks! to fix a clear warranty situation. From my two recent visits, they are expensive, take a long time to provide service (my car was in there 6 weeks! to fix two issues, one they did not fix), not thorough (missed a hose that was disconnected that was causing most of the problem), and do not have your interest in mind (more interested in upselling you with anything that can be done on the car). Was also really surprised to receive a very dirty car, inside and out, when I picked up the vehicle. Would recommend a good independent shop unless it is a clear case it is fully covered warranty work (which you likely have to fight for). More
