I had life circumstances which required two last minute reschedules. Ryan was totally understanding and got me in when I was more available. Then he and the team fixed the car and had me on my way. Very unhappy after this repair visit. I was told my repair would take approximately 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. After sitting there for 5 hours, without being acknowledged I asked Ryan for an update on my repair would take approximately 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. After sitting there for 5 hours, without being acknowledged I asked Ryan for an update on my car. He then informed me that they couldn't solve the error codes and didn't know how much longer it would be. No offer of a loaner car. Finally at 5:00 I paid for some repair, I'm not even sure it was necessary at this point and left with a car that smelled like grease. He informed me I would have to come back to finish the repairs. I sat there for 7 hours and was ignored by everyone. Not sure my next purchase will be a BMW. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had. More
