I live in Sun Valley so it isn't easy to get to Boise for service. Not only was the cost less than what I had been told by two local shops in Sun Valley, Peterson BMW gave me a New BMW 5 series loaner for service. There are a lot of BMW Cars in the Wood River area and I am telling everyone to go to Boise for Servoce. More
Everyone at Peterson is just fantastic. Good attitude, friendly and competent. The one issue is the cost of service. As soon as my vehicle is no longer on warranty I'll probably decide to have it serviced friendly and competent. The one issue is the cost of service. I purchased my 2006 M3 from out of state. The seller "serviced" the vehicle supposedly performing preemptive VANOS service. All he managed to do was to cause the car to go into Limp Mode. I had a BMW M "serviced" the vehicle supposedly performing preemptive VANOS service. All he managed to do was to cause the car to go into Limp Mode. I had a BMW M car that couldn't get out of it's own way and The guy that did the work was 2000 miles away... Not that I would let him touch the car ever again! Curtis and the Tech(s) took on a task that I considered to be very challenging (best case). They systematically worked through the troubleshooting (not a straight forward task) and were able to correct the problem created by someone else. My M now runs like a top and I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Kudos to Perteson BMW Service Department. I can highly recommend this service department. More

I bought an used X5. After leaving the dealership, (I live an 8hr drive from the dealer) I found out one of the advertised features did not work.
