We researched Peterson BMW prior to our trip to Boise and added it to the list of dealers for considering a vehicle. We explained our preferences and price parameters; Lee led us — without hesitation — to the 2009 328I that met the majority of our conditions. After driving the vehicle, we committed to the purchase. Lee's professional manner, knowledge, and excitement about the BMW brand was the best car buying experience in 51 years of vehicle acquisitions. The technical operation of the various systems was thoroughly covered with hands-on tutorials and good explanations. The payment process was good — possibly a little slow due to Lee having to follow company procedures in getting various other staff to do their part in closing the sale. Upon delivery and pick-up of the 328I Lee again covered details and helped us sync our phone to the car system. The vehicle had been to detail and I'd give your detail shop a 9 out of 10 on the exterior and a 6 on the interior as many simple scuff marks on the light surfaces came off easily after getting the car home.
