Our search for a new car started in April and Lee was very helpful in providing information and staying in touch without being pushy. He gave us many options and we purchased a 2014 BMW 535d. The car is beautiful and gets fantastic gas mileage. Thanks Lee for your patience. More

Outstanding buying experience! Peterson BMW's staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Their foremost concern is fulfillment of their client's requirements, even if that means they don't get to sell a vehicle. This was by far the easiest, and most enjoyable buying experience my wife and I have ever had, and I whole-heartedly recommend them to everyone, without reservation. They treat me and my family like....family. Thanks Marlon, Sam, and Jim!! Paul Campbell More
We have been looking at cars for a few weeks and had our decision down to the car we decided to buy. After an extremely frustrating morning working with that dealership we decided to stop and look at the BM decision down to the car we decided to buy. After an extremely frustrating morning working with that dealership we decided to stop and look at the BMW's at Peterson's. Lee was very helpful and showed us the features and answered our questions on the 5 series cars. We returned a few hours later to look at some of the other models and ask some more questions but Lee was busy with another customer so Marlon helped us out. To get a feel for what we were interested in he had us test the 328d, 328i and 335i. The 335i was exactly what we were looking for and Marlon and Sam worked with us (even staying late) to finalize the purchase that evening. Marlon was extremely helpful and went the extra mile reviewing everything to make sure I was comfortable with the cars operation and features before leaving the lot. My wife took the car back the next day to get some things finished up and when Marlon wasn't available, Lee stepped right up and started going through the cars electronics with her until Marlon was freed up. This was hands down the best car buying experience we have had. More
I wanted to buy a BMW and given that no other BMW dealers exist in the area, I had to visit Peterson. It was my first experience at Peterson and I anticipated a good one. The sales rep (Rich) was helpful o exist in the area, I had to visit Peterson. It was my first experience at Peterson and I anticipated a good one. The sales rep (Rich) was helpful on the lot, but has never once returned a call, email or answered ANY questions I have had of him. I did my own research, had to answer all my own questions, and ultimately decided to buy the vehicle. At the closing, they unfairly did not disclose that the vehicle was missing a key. So now I have to pay extra to order an additional one. Throughout the process I inquired about the BMW extended warranty coverage and NEVER received pricing until I was asked to sign the docs and work with the manager. This is when the usual "sell" happened and I was told the vehicle price was then set in stone so I had very little leverage on the warranty price. In fact, I had specifically stated I wanted warranty prices before finalizing a price. And then, the warranty service they were trying to sell me was NOT the BMW service I had inquired about, but some 3rd party coverage that was grossly inflated in price. And, to top it all off, despite being in their office for 1.5 hours, their detail shop could not even clean the inside of the car. Honestly, if I had not really wanted the car, I would have gone somewhere else. This is what people expect from a car buying experience and why so many despise it. I guess I should have known what I was in for. Next time, I'll drive to Seattle or SLC and buy a car there. There was one bright spot, and that was a salesman named Lee. Lee helped answer some questions on the lot when the other rep was busy and he was very friendly and helpful each time I saw him. Lee had no vested interest in the deal and he may very well have kept me from a Mercedes that I was looking at as an alternative. In my opinion, the commission should be split (if not 40-60) in favor of Lee. More
