I had the 60,000 mile service and inspection performed and had my new tires put on. Everything was great except the tire machine tore one of my rear tires and three lug nuts didn't get tightened and fell and had my new tires put on. Everything was great except the tire machine tore one of my rear tires and three lug nuts didn't get tightened and fell off on my road trip. As far as the tire, it took me 3 months to get a replacement because they were on backorder. Once I got the new one Collin had them put on for free and submitted the bill for the new tire for reimbursement. The only real disappointment in the process was the reimbursement. Everything got lost and I had to re-submit my receipts. It took 3 weeks to finally get the refund check. Collin was very helpful throught the process though. More
I was in the market for a new car and I was torn between a BMW at Peterson and a Mercedes at another dealership. Lee's professionalism and was the deciding factor for me because the salesman at the other de a BMW at Peterson and a Mercedes at another dealership. Lee's professionalism and was the deciding factor for me because the salesman at the other dealership was a very unprofessional and gave the impression he was only interested in making a sale and was very pushy. He was thorough with answers and explained all the other needed information, as we had researched and compared vehicles we we BMW-related questions. When I called for an appointment for my car, having previously received a reminder for service (thanks for that reminder), but moved to act by the fact that my car gave me the message that the engine n previously received a reminder for service (thanks for that reminder), but moved to act by the fact that my car gave me the message that the engine needed to be checked soon, I asked for an appointment for the next day because I could conveniently have a ride with a family member whose car happened to be scheduled for service. After some small hesitation because of other previously scheduled appointments the service person did give me an appointment and fit me in that next day. The service issue was resolved and the car has been functioning perfectly well. As usual, everyone was friendly and helpful and they even washed the car which is also something they have done customarily. I really could not ask for better service and customer handling.
