We came in to the dealership to consider the purchase a new X3 however a returned lease X5 had just come in and the salesman suggested we take a look at it. On a previous visit to investigate the cause of a rubbing noise coming from the rear wheel area, it was determined that the rear tires were due for replacement. I dropped off the car the morning of the appointment, but received a call later that the tires were not in stock and would not be until the following day. This was a little frustrating as the appointment was scheduled a week ahead of time. However, Colin did make effort to rectify the situation and a loaner car was arranged. He also made sure the alignment was taken care of, and the gas topped off. He was very courteous and apologetic for the mishap. I feel he did what he could to make it right, and I am satisfied with the outcome. I would use him again, and recommend your service. More

Pricing was rated bad only because I do not think that I received a "fair" price for the 2007 Cayman S that was traded in on the 2011 BMW X5.
