The service department at Peterson BMW are friendly and keep you informed of what was going on with my BMW. They offered my a loaner vehicle (I declined it) and got my car to me as promised. I took my car in to get serviced they told me that the reason my check engine light was one was because of my mass airflow sensor the dealer wanted to sell me one for $500 so I decided to go ahead and jus reason my check engine light was one was because of my mass airflow sensor the dealer wanted to sell me one for $500 so I decided to go ahead and just buy one at a part store down the road for $300 and save a little bit of cash since my car was at the dealer they said that they would put that part in ther for me so they went ahead and put the part in and did an oil change and had my car back to me I drove it home and the fallowing day my check engine light came back on I called collin at Petersn Bmw to ask him if there was something else that came up on the computer other then the mass airflow sensor he asked to bring it back in and to have it looked at again I asked if they were going to charge me again and he said that he would have to because that would be other problem I decided to not take it in and I called Hurless Brothers they told me that mass airflow sensors don't tend to go bad on them and it sounded like it was something else so I went to the part store and got my origional sensor back and took my car to hurless brothers were they didnt charge me to run a diagnosis and figured out what my problem was my car is now fixed and running with the original mass airflow sensor that never had to get changed for just $250 Im pretty sure that if I would it brought it back to peterson I would have paid for another diagnosis and had to of paid another $500 for something I didnt need. More

We had a problem with our car and needed to get it serviced Jim took care us (really good care) and got our car in and repaired very quickly. Jim introduced us to Marlon, Now I don't like "Car Salesmen" but Marlon was great ! very nice , answered my all questions very well informed about BMW's I didn't feel pressured, a little nervous to test drive but Marlon very nice and explained the car to me and all things that it does. Marlon set a new level for Car Salesmen. I would recommend Peterson's BMW to anybody wanting to buy a BMW. More
