The dealership was clean, quiet and comfortable. As always the staff was responsive to my needs and concerns. Price was right of course, because I am still under warranty. The staff and Peterson BMW is very professional, courteous and had my car completed in the allotted time and actual even early which was great b/c I had another appt. I worked with Curtis in the service department. I was very frustrated, but Curtis came to my rescue and the problem was taken care of. The service provided is good in general. They tried their best to get me a loaner car for e wkend which is well appreciated. The only 2 complains that i have is the gas estimation when i got it is wrong and best to get me a loaner car for e wkend which is well appreciated. The only 2 complains that i have is the gas estimation when i got it is wrong and also the cleanliness of the car when i get it back. The remaining gas is much closer to 3/4 instead of 7/8, i did not notice it until i was out of the service center, as such i have to take a pic when i reach home just in case they will charge me for it. Since it is not full, they should have told me about it just so we agree with the level of the gas before i took it. Anyway it shd be full to begin with whenever possible so there will be no grey area. The 2nd issue if the cleanliness of the car when i receive it. I can see that it was cleaned before but there are plenty of area that is still dirty. Does not reflect good on how much effort they put into cleaning the car. But overall i am still satisfied with the service rendered, but there are definitely plenty of room for improvement. More
I had a unique issue with my BMW that required support directly from BMW. Rafael with Peterson's negotiated on my behalf to correct a defect that was discovered during routine maintenance. Although the repairs totaled into the $thousands BMW made things right and provided all the necessary parts and labor to correct the issue. Rafael and his team kept me updated on the progress all the way through. I love my car and was pleased to know that it will be around a lot longer...gitty up. Thanks Peterson's. More
