The problem was intermittent and very hard to detect and identify the root cause. Curtis managed the team to stay with the investigation to include bring in the corporate service support from BMW USA. We we identify the root cause. My recent visit was due to my misunderstanding the function of the key-less start that resulted in a low battery and a te professional and courteous.
