He is very knowledgeable about all of the different features of the bmws and helped me to pick the perfect car for me. Once I purchased, he did all of the set-up and transferring of accounts (Sirius, concierge, setting garage door opener, etc - basically everything that I would never get around to because of my busy schedule). Everyone at Peterson is 1st rate, from the guy that washes and polishes the cars to make them sparkle, to the Finance and Service departments, to my #1 sales guy- Marlon I always recommend peterson when anyone asks....
