Buying a car or building new relationships? I've always been an "Audi Guy". It started with a Volkswagen Jetta 30 years ago, then Audi A6 2.8, Audi A6 4.2, and was on my way to an A7 3.0T. I ap I've always been an "Audi Guy". It started with a Volkswagen Jetta 30 years ago, then Audi A6 2.8, Audi A6 4.2, and was on my way to an A7 3.0T. I appreciate German engineering but felt the "reverse snob appeal" somehow gave me permission to enjoy the precision without making too much of a statement. I just bought my first BMW and have swiftly become a "Bimmer Guy". There is a reason it is called the ultimate driving machine. This introduction to BMW came from one of your most fervent clients on his way to a M6 via Munich, Bavaria. And why not? It is the motherland. So enough about the car. I was simply buying a used BMW but was treated like I was buying the most expensive BMW on the sales floor. The GM, Client Advisor, Service Advisor, and Financial Advisor treated me like a new member of the family. Would I recommend Peterson BMW? Absolutely I would recommend Peterson BMW. When the combination of superior product and superior service come together the experience is exhilarating. More

The cars were what I expected—clean and checked over thoroughly. But the customer service was well above expectation. I'm not related to or acquainted with any of the staff, but they treated me like I was a family member. The loan process was so pain free I was tempted to tell them to be a little meaner and cold-hearted. Overall I'm quite impressed with the staff and would recommend Peterson's as a first stop when car shopping. More
