Recent BMW Service When I bought my BMW, the service contract that came with the vehicle specified that the first 4 years of oil changes were included. This also included items such as fluid top-off and wipers. I've since used BMW service a total of 6 times just for washer fluid. I'm here to tell you that it's "no questions asked". From sales to service to the cashier to the business manager to the General Manager, Peterson BMW is 1st rate! Friends and family asked me why I bought BMW due to the price when I could buy American, Korean r whatever at a "better deal". I told them that at BMW you are not only buying a quality vehicle, but you are purchasing an experience. Jim, Marlon, Brad, Rafael, Curtis, Sam and the rest of the staff are true professionals!
