Absolute Disappointment I am very disappointed in Peterson BMW. Within weeks after a near $5,000 repair, consisting of a major engine overhaul, I started experiencing simila I am very disappointed in Peterson BMW. Within weeks after a near $5,000 repair, consisting of a major engine overhaul, I started experiencing similar problems with my BMW which precipitated the initial repair. I returned to have the car looked at only to be told that the dealership's recommendation was to purchase a new engine for over $18,000.00. Additionally, the engine was torn down and when I inquired as to when the car would be read to pick up, I was informed that I would need to have it towed because "we had agreed to leave the car taken a part." I am not sure when I ever made such an agreement. Now, I am at a loss because several of the other private foreign vehicle repair shops have told me specifically that the won't even get close to the car to determine the problem based on how it was left. One shop owner referred to it as a "reputation killer." More

The pricing was reasonable-higher than most quotes; however the service, quality of repairs, and expertise were completely unmatched. My mechanics at Peterson BMW were able to address and diagnose problems other foreign car service shops were unable to. I will bring my BMW here for all service needs in the future. More

They held it for weeks and then did a patch quilt job to fix it. I took it to Peterson's and they not only fixed the problem but did so in the most least expensive way. For BMW repair...that is saying something. I've never looked back. Curtis and his crew are phenomenal to work with, kind, responsive, and do what is needed, not what is suggested. I like that I can trust them for that. I love BMWs...I might live Peterson's more. ?? More
